WHAT PAYMENTS DOES CD Femme ACCEPT?

Currently we accept Debit Card Payments, Credit Card Payments, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at care@cdfemme.com as soon as possible. Please note that unfortunately we are not always able to edit/ cancel orders.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

UK domestic orders are usually delivered in 3-5 working days. UK express orders are usually delivered in 1-2 working days. International shipping will vary based on your country of residence. There may also be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. Please note that orders may international deliveries may take significantly longer than expected to arrive due to the ongoing changes to Covid-19 restrictions.

Once your parcel has left the UK please allow up to 15 working days for your tracking number to show the next update. If it has not updated after this time-frame please email us at care@cdfemme.com.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email care@cdfemme.com

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAX ON MY ORDER? 

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that

CD Femme does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by CD Femme, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY GARMENT?

Please follow recommended care instructions on the garment label.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We are happy to either refund or exchange your order.

Please send the item(s) you are not happy with back to us within 14 days of receipt.

We do not offer free returns shipping. Please ensure to retain your proof of postage and/or your return parcel's tracking number so we can assist you in the case your parcel is missing or delayed.

If you do not retain proof of postage and your parcel is lost by the courier then we are not liable.

Please complete the return form you received in your parcel clearly stating your refund or exchange request. If you have lost the return form you can download  our generic one here.

The item(s) must be in their original condition with the tags attached and in their original packaging.  Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. 

CD Femme offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

  

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at care@cdfemme.com so we can urgently review the matter for you.
